Hourly One-on-One Sessions

Suggested topics to cover:

• Discuss initial goals, interests, and college priorities, understanding these can change in coming months and years

• Map out tentative high school courses to ensure student is on track for college requirements and preferences

• Explain different levels of rigor depending on academic interests, strengths, and college aspirations

• Provide an overview of honors given in high school to keep on the student’s radar

• Review extracurricular resume and outline associated goals for all four years of high school
